By using this Site, you confirm that:

• You will use the Site for lawful purposes only

• You will not violate any applicable laws or these Terms

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

3. Products & Print‑on‑Demand Model

All products sold by Tommy Tease are made to order. This means:

• Products are printed and produced only after an order is placed

• We do not keep physical inventory

• Each item is created specifically for your order

Because of this, all sales are considered final except as outlined in our Refunds & Returns section.

4. Third‑Party Fulfillment (Printful)

We use Printful, Inc. as our print‑on‑demand manufacturing and fulfillment partner.

By placing an order with Tommy Tease, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your order will be produced, packaged, and shipped by Printful on our behalf

• Certain order information (such as your name, shipping address, and order details) will be shared with Printful solely for fulfillment purposes

• Production methods, materials, packaging, and shipping timelines are determined by Printful

Printful does not own or license our designs and has no right to sell or reuse them outside of fulfilling orders placed through our Site.

5. Product Descriptions & Colors

We make every effort to accurately display product details, descriptions, and colors. However:

• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes

• Minor variations in placement, scale, or texture may occur due to print‑on‑demand production

Such variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.

6. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated

• Prices may change at any time without notice

• Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout

• Payment must be completed before an order is processed

We are not responsible for delays caused by payment authorization issues.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines include production time plus shipping time.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

• Production volume

• Carrier delays

• Weather

• Customs or international shipping issues

Tommy Tease is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier.

8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect size selection

• Minor color or print variations

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Provide clear photos of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier and Printful to resolve the issue.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to our products, designs, and website content remain with Tommy Tease or its licensors.

Purchasing a product does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights beyond personal use of the physical item.

10. Prohibited Conduct

We do not guarantee that:
