Thank you for shopping with Tommy Tease. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered.
1. Order Processing & Production
All products sold by Tommy Tease are made to order. Once you place an order:
- Your item is sent to our print‑on‑demand fulfillment partner, Printful
- The product is printed, prepared, and packaged specifically for you
Production Time
- Typical production time is 2–7 business days
- Production times may increase during peak seasons or sales events Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates and available methods are:
- Calculated at checkout
- Based on your location, order size, and selected shipping option We do not control carrier pricing or transit times.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time Shipping time varies by destination:
- United States: Typically, 3–7 business days after production
- International: Varies by country and customs processing Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Customs clearance
- High order volumes
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email
- Tracking information will be provided when available Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
5. Shipping Address Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Tommy Tease is not responsible for:
- Orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Lost in Transit
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier and Printful to investigate and resolve the issue.
Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but stolen after delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
8. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders:
- Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply
- These fees are the responsibility of the customer
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
9. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refusal by the recipient We may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
